The experience was wonderful from walking in the door to leaving. The gentleman who met me in the morning was to nice and welcoming and did a wonderful job showing me around the spa and explaining the procedure. The massage therapist was so knowledgeable and professional and worked wonders on my shoulders. The nail tech/artist asked all the right questions to figure out what kind of design I was looking for when even I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and then she did a beautiful job. It was an overall wonderful experience.
