Associate Services are performed by stylists in advanced training under the guidance of our Master Educators. Please note: these appointments begin as requests. Once submitted, our team will follow up with a consultation phone call to confirm details and finalize your booking. Services are offered at a discounted rate—making it easy for you to experience Frederick’s luxury while helping a new stylist grow their skills. Associate Hair Services
Associate Balayage

The technique of free-hand painting highlights onto the hair, creating a soft and natural gradation of lightness towards the ends. For longer hair styles.
